What’s going on here?

Who is this apfergus person and what is with all this blogging? Well, according to Google, apfergus is the least famous person named Andrew Ferguson on the Internet. He is a graduate student in physics at CWRU. Science and mathematics are more than just a means of living, but hobbies as well alongside such things as jazz guitar, German-style board games, and just about anything remotely entertaining that can be done with a computer.

In general I shy away from the so-called social networking websites, but in a recent fit of boredom, I have actually signed up for a YouTube account where I’m attempting to catalogue some of my favorite skeptical and scientific miscelany available there. Within the past couple of weeks my love of Valve’s Steam content delivery system has been on the rise, and my willingness to play Team Fortress 2 would increase dramatically with reasureance that I was not playing with folks I could only hope to describe with some rather corful adjectives.

In conclusion, I would like to ask a favor of you.  Should you ever encounter me somewhere out there in this crazy mixed up world of ours and I should appear lost, direct me to the nearest establishment which severs a decent cup of coffee. I promise, you will be rewarded for your troubles.
